There are two apartments in the house, a lower and an upper apartment. Both have their own entrance from outside. The apartments are almost identical, please see picture below. The price difference between the lower and upper apartment is due to the lower one having a 70 square meter terrace, cooling shade under the upstairs balcony, direct access to the garden and the outdoor shower. The upper has a balcony of 30 square meters. Both the terrace and the balcony have large awnings to create shade which is much needed during the really hot days. There is also an outside shower where you can cool off when you get home from the beach. The shower is available to all guests.
The apartments are approximately 80 square meters each, have six beds divided into three bedrooms, combined kitchen and dining area, a bathroom with shower and toilet and one separate toilet. All bedrooms have air conditioning (AC). All windows have ventilation function as well as jalousies that can be pulled down to darken the room. The oceanfront rooms have large sliding windows that open onto the terrace / balcony.
